If I try 2 Login It says Connection Failed even tho I followed the steps...But I got Version 1.38 not 1.37 o_o Is tht a Problem??My friend can login into his account but he cant access his char!I cant even do tht

you need to click the TOPSG file shown in his pic not the one with the picture of a squid on it. Make sure you are clicking the MS-DOS Batch file.

BTW I get the infinite Loading... problem after character select also. What is up with the map server??

Okay, this seems weird, but the homepage register link isn't working.
