Career and fortune lots

Could you please put career and fortune lots for sale at hocus pocus,i did the language barrier quest and it didnt give me an alloy pickaxe or the shooting star necklace,i thought ok i can live with that i only did it to buy lots and when i got there there is none to buy.
I feel i've wasted my time doing this quest as i got absolutly nothing for doing it so could you please make them available at hocus pocus.
