Cannot Start Game Empty Cannot Start Game

I made all instal original top version after that put topsg patch on it , scripts , and ipchanger BuT I start The game and It's frozen at that picture Neutral (first One) the game is [img]Cannot Start Game Frozen10[/img]

once u click on the ?? botton in the ip changer u have to close and the sims game is a shit XD
