Cant play plzz help

when i start this private server with top im stuck at loading nothing pops out
when i try pko with this server i get an error saying eff1.vso
so PLZ help me i tried to reinstall top and pko 2x nothing worked

did you replace the server files with the offical ones? And make sure you have the right verson.... If neither of those then im clueless.

OH YES THIS SERVER RUNS ON 2.0 HOW DO I GET IT WHEN THE CURRNET VERSION IS 1.38 A LINK

hmmm thats wierd it worked with 1.38 2 days ago if it updated then -.-
