k umm how do i get the equipment from it? also any steps and if its not for that then what do i do to get whet ever it may be? btw sry 4 noob question i never had "eye of black Dragon"

You can use it on a Black Dragon Altar, just double click on it and the cursor will change shape. Then you need to click on the BD Altar and unseal it. Eye of Black Dragon, after unsealing the altar, gives a Black Dragon Claw.
